Submission Guidelines

1. You must have the property under contract with the seller of record. Please attach a copy of the executed contract between you and the seller. 

2. Please upload pictures to a photo sharing website like Google or Drop Box. Please make sure the pictures are available for public sharing. 

3. Please make sure we know how to access the property. If it is on a lock box, please provide the lock box code. 

4. You must submit a screenshot of the Offer Calculator with your comps.

5. Please note we will need at least 15 days in order to market the property, find a buyer, and close on the property. 

6. We do not accept properties that are actively on the MLS as JV deals. If the property has delisted in the last 2 months, the submitted purchase agreement needs to be under contract at 50-55% of last listing.

*Note: Up to $10K of proceeds will go to you on each deal you submit that we close.
